Logistics UK is excited to reveal that award-winning comedian, actor, and presenter Hugh Dennis will provide the entertainment at the Logistics Awards 2025, taking place on Thursday 11 December 2025 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.

Now in its ninth year, the Logistics Awards has firmly established itself as the must-attend annual event for the logistics sector, celebrating individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to the industry in the past 12 months. With entries covering road, rail, sea and air including operators, manufacturers, logistics and supporting industries, the awards recognise the whole sector that keeps goods moving and the UK trading.

“The Logistics Awards 2025 give us all the opportunity to reflect on the past year and celebrate the triumphs and achievements in the logistics industry,” commented Acting Chief Executive of Logistics UK Kevin Green. “They are the only awards for the industry and by the industry, with all transport modes and supporting industries represented. It is fantastic that Hugh Dennis will be providing the laughs and with our highest number of award entries this year it really is an event not to be missed.”

Dennis began his performing career in the 1980s as one half of the comedy duo Punt and Dennis, and was at the forefront of the 1990s comedy boom as part of The Mary Whitehouse Experience. Still a familiar face on TV and the comedy circuit, more recently he has featured in acclaimed TV programmes such as Outnumbered, Fleabag, Midsomer Murders and Not Going Out.

In addition to top quality entertainment from Hugh Dennis, the awards evening – which is sponsored by Brigade Electronics, Close Brothers, Flexis, Howard Tenens Logistics, Logistics UK Recovery Service, Port of Dover and Wise – will include a champagne reception, three-course meal and dancing late into the night.
