Guittard Chocolate Company is implementing a robust new strategy to better serve UK demand. This year marks the launch of a dedicated UK website, providing bakeries, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers with the convenience of ordering directly.
To further strengthen its presence, Guittard has partnered with renowned chocolatier Paul a. Young and highly respected pastry chef Lucie Bennett—both longtime advocates of Guittard’s couverture—who will now serve as brand ambassadors. This initiative comes as the chocolate company launches its popular 3kg bags to the UK market alongside 25lb boxes and continues its commitment to offering premium chocolate at competitive prices.
For 157 years and five generations the Guittard family has used a combination of time-tested methods and innovative techniques to make a premium chocolate that delivers a spectrum of cacao percentages and applications designed for professional chefs, confectioners and artisan bakers. Crafted in small batches Guittard’s couverture line offers a diverse selection of dark, milk, and white chocolates with prices ranging from £17.08 / kilo to £22.65. Guittard UK is holding these prices until 31 May 2025.
Sustainably-sourced ingredients and strong relationships with growers are at the heart of Guittard’s mission. Their Cultivate Better programme was inspired by this ethos and embodies their continual journey toward sustainability and responsible business practices. Cultivate Better inspires industry-leading initiatives that strive to not only cultivate and preserve premium flavours responsibly but also protect and support the people, communities, and natural resources and environments that allow them to flourish for generations to come.
